If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you!

Returns
• Our return policy is valid for 14 days. After 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all its original packaging.
• Returns where no serious defects have been reported cannot be exchanged or returned later purely as a goodwill gesture.
• Shipping costs for returns are to be borne entirely by the buyer.
• Your return must be sent back to the address provided on the original packaging. Please do not return the item directly to the manufacturer.
• We cannot accept returns unless our products have defects or faults.

Order changes and cancellations
You have 24 hours to cancel or change your order after purchase (discounted items cannot be cancelled). After this period, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment, so changes or cancellations are not possible after 24 hours.

Damaged/Missing Items
If your order arrived damaged or contains missing items, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. If you would like to make a damaged/missing item request, please contact our support team. Please include the subject "Damaged/Missing Item Request" in your email so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

Example scenarios
"My tracking shows delivery was made, but I haven't received anything yet." Unless the post office and delivery person confirm that the item was delivered on a specific date, time and location, we are unable to replace items lost after delivery.
If the courier or post office cannot confirm delivery, please contact us and let us know the situation so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
If the package was delivered to the address provided by the recipient and an incorrect address was entered, we will not be held liable for this error. However, if you encounter such errors, we will do our best to help you. In such cases, we will work with you to offer the item at a discounted price. This is at the discretion of our customer service team, so please double check your address before placing an order. If you think you have made an address error, please contact us immediately before we process your order.
